Adult Bible Study Groups at Calvary

Mission Circle - a women's group that meets every other Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Society Room, from September through April, to study a portion of God's Word. The members of this group often serve at wedding receptions and anniversary celebrations at Calvary. They also support the Cary Christian Center in Cary, Mississippi, by sewing layettes. Willing Workers - senior women who meet together to study God's Word, call on the sick and shut-ins, and keep in contact with our missionaries by writing to them. This group also serves at funerals. They meet every other Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Society Room from September through May. Contact Ruth for information, ruthh@kdsi.net

Men's Life Group - All men interested in coming together to study and reflect on God’s Word, joining in conversation and support of one another, are invited to meet in the Youth House 5:45 pm on Monday evenings. We have a meal together before beginning the Bible Study. If you know of someone who is looking to grow in their knowledge of God’s Word, invite them to come and join us! Men's Society - The purpose of Calvary Men's Society is to study the Word of God, to become better acquainted with the scriptures and how they apply to our daily living. A voluntary offering is taken to pay for study materials and incidental expenses. Surplus money is divided among various worthy causes at the end of the year. All Men are welcome. We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room, from September - March. For more information contact Paul, 641/628-9700.

Thursday Nite Alive - this newly renamed group meets twice a month from September - April for a 1 hour Bible study meeting followed by coffee time and fellowship. Saturday Evening Grow Groups - IT’S TIME TO G.R.O.W.! Are you ready to Grow in your spiritual life? Is it time to renew friendships with fellow church members? Are you Open to God's leading? Do you have a thirst to study God's Word? Join a Saturday night G.R.O.W. group, a monthly Bible study and time of fellowship.
